I asked a few questions about the possible zoning amendment to address food trucks.
I also asked a couple of general questions like why it takes over a year to approve meeting minutes. 
Spoiler alert: the city is understaffed and employees are overworked!
I suspect there are some confusing processes and outdated technology contributing to this problem, and as someone who specializes in process improvement and optimization, I am eager to offer my expertise! I’ve already made a suggestion that we simply turn on the transcription for the meeting live streams and leverage easily accessible technology to assist with generating minutes.
